I feel the need........the need for speed !!!

The 2008 Miramar Air Show..............

OOOOOHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAHHHHHH !!!!!!!!

This was sooooooo cooooooool.........I got to see today's jet fighters doing aireal combat, dropping firewalls 100" high, hear sonic booms, and walk though a ton of different kinds of jets, plane and heliocopters.

These are just a few of the really super cool things I got to examine upclose and inside of. While I was there I got a really cool toy jet too.......Big Jet is it's name

Just another day in paradise

Sometimes it's pretty hard to believe where we live and just how unbelievably gorgeous it is. Today my mom and dad took me to the beach for sunset and then we headed out for dinner. Here are a couple shots of beach that day.

My mom drew this out for me......it's supposed to show me something someday or something .....dating the picture bla bla bla ........it turned out pretty darn cool though.......

Today my dad got me to play in the surf.........whoa that was fun......he held my hand and we ran through the water and kicked the waves, and chased seagulls........oh man it was fun

Then I needed to take a moment to myself to reflect on the fun I had and watch a perfect San Diego, Mission Beach sunset. I gonna sleep like a baby tonight folks......

Nana's 60th and hav'n some fun

In Sept. my nana got ooooooooooooold.........eeesh.........but we partied it up like there was no tomorrow......or at least until my nap

I got to help her open her presents.......pretty sure I haaaad to do most of the work......but I didn't mind, it gave me good practice for my upcoming birthday.... oooh yeahhh

Uh.....I uh....well uhh......got something stuck to my nose..........can you help me ?

Wha wha whatsamattayou ? Ain't yah ever seen a kid wreck a chocolate cake before? .........sheeesh!

August 2008---Having some fun

Well once again I'm sorry that it took me so long to update my site guys.............I've been a little busy to say the least. But I'll try to bring you guys up to speed on what's been happening as I rapidly approach my 3rd birthday.

Here I am with my dad having some way super yummy desert for his birthday.......of course it's his party by my ice cream.......you know how that goes.....what's mine is mine & what's yours is mine.......Anyway Happy B-day daddy........

My G-ma came out to help us move into our new house, and she brought my GREAT grandma from MI tooo........here we are with 4 generations on my mommy's side in our new living room

It's been a LONG time since the last update and I do appologize, but we've been going through some large adjustments including moving during the last few months, so please bare with me....

Lake St. Claire.......Gone Fish'n

One day we took the boat out so I could test drive my cool fishing pole that my great grampa Bill gave me. Now I'm not fisherman, but I'll give just about anything a go, and if it has to do with water........well.........you can pretty much count me in.

Allllllllllllllll Aboard..........Lets cast off the mainline skipper I'm ready to party down on the open seas.

Here I am with my mom, who is making sure I don't need to test the life preserver. She told me where we were going, but as you can see.......I'm still not quite sure........but hey we're on a lake it's a good start.

I had a great spot sitting on the bow while we were trolling for the right spot to drop anchor, but I just couldn't sit still for very long, and I had so much boat to cover.....so I was off again.

Here I am heading for the back, and getting ready to put some bait on my hooks.......This is my new grandpa Kim, and we're on his boat.......he's really the guy that's going to teach me to fish, just don't tell my dad.........while he tries, he's no Popeye.

And then it was time to fish........ woooo hoooo .......

As you can see from the horizon..... this is a pretty big lake........not quite a Great Lake, but a pretty frigg'n big one......Now I didn't catch a fish, and finally got bored watching my bait so I handed over the reigns of fishing duties to my dad........and guess what..........he caught a whopper.......I think it was the size of my shoe.......so we tossed it back in........but the good news.....my fishing pole didn't get shut out on its inaugural trip........THANKS DAD !!!

A full day in the sun, fishing, laughing, with a full ice chest, earning my sea legs.......and yup......I was done.......where is that mommy pillow anyway...........night night all.......

Time out for my mom and dad's day off

So I thought we'd take a second to show you what my mom and dad did during their day off (from me) during this 2 week trip.......they hit up the thrill park known as CEDAR POINT in Ohio.If you look behind them you'll see a ride that goes straight up and straight down.......it's called The Dragster.....now I have no desire to go on this yet, but my mom and dad like this kind of stuff and were far too excited to ride a heart attack machine.......but hey I'm big on the bungee trampoline, so I guess I'm on a few years away from this kind of fun too. At the bottom of this post is a video of The Dragster......watch, listen, and take note of what you're own heart does just watching this insanity.

Snoopy was there to welcome them both.....here is a shot of Snoopy and my dad........yes my mother made him do this.......shhhhh

Linus was also there and I think he goosed my mom here, but I'm not sure........I might have to have a word with this Peanut.

At Paul's Property

If you look at this picture of Michigan, you'll notice it resembles a glove. You can hold up your left hand in front of you, palm out, and see what I'm talking about......We were in the area commonly called the "thumb" of Michigan. If you follow the thumb up to the top you'll find a city called Bad Axe....that's where we were for the following adventure. You can see where we started in East Point down near Detroit, and how far we traveled for this leg-o-fun.And off we headed up to my Grandma's friend Paul's property for good times and major fireworks. He owns about 80 acres that they mostly use for hunting deer and other game, as well as entertaining guests for some serious fun under the stars. It's open, clean, full of fresh air during the day and countless stars at night, and I think we had about 25 family and friends out there for this gathering.

My mom bought, and has been dying to use, this parachute. She remembered having fun with these as a nanny and just couldn't wait to break it out........luckily there were only so many adults that could play, otherwise it might have gotten out of control quickly.....So while they lifted and tried to keep the ball on top, Abby and me ran like crazy underneath and had a great time.

One of the days while we were up in the Thumb (upper part of Eastern Michigan), it got pretty hot, so grandma had a great idea..........lets head to the lake !!! So off we went to Lake Huron. There is a campground located on the shore, with a huge playground, sandy beach, and THE BEST ice cream you will ever have.......Above is me with my grandma on the slide......not sure which of us was having more fun......

This is my mom and me on a play ground toy that you just don't see anymore where I live .......TEETER TOTTERS............woooo hooooo............ on the other side of this contraption was my dad, and the big lug wouldn't let us down........

Here he is.....the big lug that is, my dad........he took me out in the super rocky waters of Lake Huron so I could get wet, and cool down. Still not my favorite thing, but I'm liking it more and more each time I get wet.....

Look at me on a banned playground toy..........oooooooh yah........the Merry-Go Round.......These just don't exist in California anymore......I think too many kids were having too much fun (thats code for getting hurt) so they removed them from the public play areas...... I had such a good time on this thing, and just about went flying when some older kids decided to join in the fun.....luckily my dad was there to slow that crazy thing down before something bad happened.Here I am with my dad waiting for our turn to ride one of the quads...... DID YOU HEAR ME......I get to ride a motorcycle today........how cool is that ?

Yah I wasn't ready to go or anything. Don't mind the complete look of determination to win the big race I'm sporting, or the fact that we haven't even gone anywhere yet.......I WAS READY !!! So off we went on about a 2 mile trek through the woods of Northern Michigan, on my first 4 wheeler ride......I squeeled, squaked, howled, hooted and was damn happy to have been doused in OFF........'cause the skeeters were so thick in the woods I can't even begin to explain it.

Clinton Township Festival

While we were in Michigan, I got to go to a huge street festival near my Gma's house. It was huge, and had circus performers, music, rides and food...... follow me as I have some big fun in a small town.

Now I've ridden ponies before, but these were even bigger than the ones I'd been on, and oh yah it was fun.......I was the ONLY one riding a horse, can you believe it.......whats wrong with some parents that wont let their kids have some fun........luckily I'm not one of those kids......my parents are nothing but fun so far.......woo hooooo

Uhhhh Dad ! Can I have a new toy pllleeeeeeeeeeease ? I promise to go slow while in the bath tub......

While I was running around I happened to see what was being called "the worlds biggest & longest obstacle course for kids in America". Needless to say I had to find out if this was true or not.......So I hit it up......TWICE.........and ran, and climbed, and crawled, and jumped, and fell, and then went and did it all over again.......weeeeeeeeeeeee

At one point even my mom thought she could beat me through the course.......as you can see she had NO chance :) ................ And the winner is..................DOMINIC.........

Then I saw my favorite thing to do pretty much anywhere if you haven't already figured this out...........they had my BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE and it was super high.......ooooh yah

I told the guy that was running it that I liked this ride, but he was skeptical at first. Then he realized that I wasn't kidding, and started pulling hard on the rope you see dangling down, and he launched me about 19' in the air.......I was flying like Superman.......

I went on the ride twice......and was squeeling with delight, which was causing a huge group of people to stop and watch "the baby on the bungee". They couldn't believe that first my parents allowed it, and second that I actually liked it. The result was more business for the ride, so they guys running it gave me a free round, and I rode non-stop for almost 10min's ......talk about stoked !!!

Boys and their toys........what can I say.........the look on my face speaks volumes as to what I was thinking at this point........If I remember correctly I was thinking......"where's the dirt"

No that's not me........but can you believe they had monkey races.......lolololol........seriously this was hysterical so I had to include a shot of this as proof that I'm not crazy.

At G-ma's house in East Pointe

While we were in Michigan we stayed with my Gma and Gpa Kim at their place. Next door are their fun neighbors Gary, Tammy & one of my new girlfriends Victoria......hubba hubba......Below is a picture of me with their dog and my buddy Simba......she's a big sweatheart and played ball with me for hours.

Around the corner is a park/school with a super cool playground. My mom and dad took me over there so I could run and play and boy did I. Here is a shot of the big slide that was about 10' off the ground at the top.

Yah yah yah I know what you're thinking......and yes that's Vic on my right. Some time during this little gathering I developed a very interested tick.....I'd lick my finger and run it through my hair, but it only happened when I got around these girls.......strange !

One day it rained...........and rained.............................................and rained..........................and didn't stop ! I think it rained for 24 straight hours with lightning and thunder showing up to play also. Considering I rarely get to see this kind of thing, I just curled up on the chair and stared out the window and watched for a while.......pretty relaxing actually.

Once the rain was gone, I needed to get outside to stretch and relax in the warm sun. The front porch seemed as good a place as any for some reflection.

MIchigan 2008 & my G-ma's wedding

Last week my G-ma got married......... whoooopeeeeeeeeeee......and I had a chance to not only be there but be the super cool Ring Bearer......and no that's not like Froto......he had hairy feet !

I was the first person after the groom to give her a smootch, and she looked so purrrrdy....like an angel Here I am standing just to the left in this picture doing my job like I'd been shown. Not really sure what I'm supposed to do now, but there are some hotties walking around so I think I'll get my picture taken with them before I leave.

Ok so one of those hotties is my mom, but it's true..... I'm pimping ...... "so how U do'in ? "

And then ............it was time to dance and smootch the night away........

This is my cousin Abby......she and I showed everyone else how dancing was supposed to be done, and we danced all night long.

Taking a break to tell my mommy how buuudiful she looks, and give her a big smootch before heading back out to the party.

Oh yah I had to check out my other chick......Tammy.......you know the girl next door ....

I'm pretty sure there wasn't a group of people out there dancing that I wasn't apart of. This was during the bridal parties dance, but I figured since I was the Ring Bearer that I was technically part of the Bridal Party .......so out I went.......

And of course I saved the last dance for my newlywed grandmother......
